I have been a facilitator, developer, and voracious consumer of professional development for the past 14 years. I believe in the power of trainings to catalyze personal and professional growth. I also understand the role PD plays in delivering information and it's power to act as a community builder. I am well versed in the experiential learning cycle and utilize it as a base for all of my facilitations.
